Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly — name, studio email, and password — plus the files, comments, sketches, and versions you upload while using Revisio.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to run the review workflow: storing versions, matching comments across them, detecting conflicting feedback, and generating revisions when you ask for one. We don't sell your data.

3. AI processing

Conflict detection and prompt-based generation involve sending relevant comment text and image data to AI processing services in order to produce a result. This data is used only to fulfill your request, not to train models on your content.

4. Data retention

We retain your projects, versions, and comment history for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project or close your account, we remove the associated data within a reasonable period.

5. Sharing with third parties

We use trusted infrastructure and processing providers (such as hosting and AI providers) strictly to operate the service. We don't share your content with anyone else without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Guest review links

Shareable guest review links let clients view and comment on a project without an account. Anyone with the link can access what it points to, so treat it like you would any shared document link.

7. Your choices

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time. Contact us if you'd like a copy of your data or want it removed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Revisio evolves. We'll let you know about material changes, and continued use of Revisio after a change means you accept the updated policy.
